1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. If you are subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use the Platform. You represent that you are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any form of impairment when accepting these Terms or engaging in gaming activities.

2.4 Account Limitations

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 33bmm. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under different names or contact information, are strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of outstanding bets, and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification

As part of our PAGCOR licensing requirements and anti-money laundering obligations, 33bmm conducts identity verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and potentially additional documentation depending on your activity level and deposit amounts.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If your account is terminated for cause (violation of Terms), all balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited. If termination occurs for reasons unrelated to your conduct, outstanding balances will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees. In either case, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and all bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Processing times may be extended during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount (typically ₱500) and may incur processing fees depending on the method and amount.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 33bmm is required to implement strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities. 7. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

8.2 Abusive Behavior

Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 33bmm staff or other players will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: verbal abuse via live chat, email, or social media, threats of violence or legal action, discriminatory language or hate speech, and spam or repetitive messaging. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8.3 Syndicate Play and Professional Betting

33bmm reserves the right to refuse service to professional gamblers, betting syndicates, or players who we reasonably believe are exploiting the Platform for purposes other than recreational entertainment. Accounts suspected of syndicate activity may be limited, suspended, or closed at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property and Platform Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 33bmm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: resell or commercially exploit Platform content, collect or use any product or service listings or descriptions, make derivative works of the Platform, download or copy account information for the benefit of another party, use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools, or attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability

While 33bmm strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. 33bmm is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime or service interruptions.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bmm, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other commercial damages, even if 33bmm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

10.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 33bmm disclaims all warranties including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or function without interruption.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes shall be the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 33bmm.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Amendments to Terms

33bmm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and post the revised Terms to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
